It’s true, but that’s a whole ‘nother beast. There’s the whole genre (if it can even be called that) of moe, which is specifically built around that purpose, and there’s the “THAT THING I WILL CALL MOE” thing, which really depends on what you fap to.
Lina, hun, please stop referring to moe as solely ‘fap’ material. That’s sort of insulting towards people (like me), who actually enjoy moe anime. I don’t watch it because I find it sexually arousing, so please refrain from referring to it as such. What you are going on is the extremely cynical (and not entirely accurate) definition of moe and to be honest it bothers me.
